22 June

"it's the sides of the mountain that sustain life, not the top"
counterintuitive: ascension is less daunting
ignorance of expectation of descent,
hugging the possibility rather than maneuvering
the reversal of what has already been done--
undone and unfamiliarly transformed.

stalled at a surprising summit, progress muted
faced with no choice, only decision
paralysis caused by the concept of incapability
requirement of rescue from depth of uncertainty
trap of inadequacy, blindness of unbelief

clarity of understanding the destination
confusion of achievement.
a bridge with a gaping failure
lack of a core connection
muscles, stiff unwilling seized by gradual
inactivity, as if this had never happened
the experience the exercise the work the soft pliability
